Recently, Mr. Martin Dionne, franchisee of Presse Café Laurier Blvd. in Quebec and Mrs. Katy Gaudreault, accompanied by Mr. Maxime Laverdière, from Presse Café Delta in Quebec too, won brilliantly the Presse Café Barista certification.

To obtain this certification, baristas must have a good knowledge of the coffee world, the espresso and the specialty drinks so as to be able to prepare all those drinks in a particular time and according to our standard recipes and procedures.

Luckily, we had a camera with us during the presentation of the certificates to capture the pride in our franchisee's eyes.
