Job Description

Besides an indiscutable experience in the café and restaurant business, you will be reponsible for managing all operational tasks in your store (orders, inventories, respect of standards, sales, exploitation, etc.), as well as supervising human ressources (manage a team of 5 to 25 employees, hire new staff, train, organize work schedule, etc.). A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience required.

• Place : Paris
• Salary : 25 000 à 30 000 EU, based on experience + bonus.

Description

Assisting the Marketing and R&D Manager, the candidate will develop, coordinate and support the strategies and the local advertising campaign, as well as special events Working as a team with the operations department and the franchisees He/she will bring ideas to help increase awareness and sales in specific branches.

• Excellent French spoken and written ;
• Good knowledge of English spoken and written ;
• Good communication skills (written/spoken);

• Comfortable with Mac environment;
• Knowledge of design software is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor or DESS Certificate in Marketing or Communications (or equivalent);
• Minimum of two years experience in a related field.
